Oops.

Um, we just took a bite of my beautiful pie only to realize something was seriously wrong. I forgot to add the sugar. Part of me wants to cry, but the other part of me is giggling with her husband. This fiasco is now officially completed. Goodnight.

Well, it sure looks good and it's probably a lot healthier. Think of it as a vegetable pie and serve it with dinner!

awful. I mean awe-full. As in I am completely filled with awe at the reading of this tale. only wish lola and i could have been for it.

seeing the pumkiny pie makes me think of the eyeball jack-o-lantern i carved at your place in larryville a few years back. what a disaster that was!

ok, this whole situation really makes me laugh. I hope you aren't too disappointed! So not to brag about my own pie or anything, but remember that pumpkin cheesecake i made, okay I had some of a leftover piece that was completely cold and it was fantastic. I hate to say it but Malcolm was right when he said it had to be really cold...

Yeah, our pumpkin pie was still pretty runny when it came out of the oven, so Matt suggested we scoop out the filling, add sugar, and bake it for another 20 minutes. Worked like a charm! --I'm glad you're cheesecake turned out great afterall!

NJ-

Thanks for the memory jog--we do remember your umm..err...eyeball experiment. Didn't toothpicks save the day?
