My new hair-howdy-do. It's nothing drastic, but certainly the first time I've ever colored my hair.
It's kinda hard to see in the photos, but there are some blond-ish streaks up front. Still not sure I'm keen on this whole coloring business. I'm kind of low maintenance when it comes to my hair. Baby steps for me, I guess. I'm slowly working my way up to a spiky, black mohawk. Any suggestions for what I should do next?

Before, in case you for got what I looked like or if you are an internet crazy and don't know what I look like in real life
(If this were a proper "before" photo, I would be frowning)

Holy freakin crap...you look like a model!! It looks amazing!

I once thought I wasn't into coloring my hair...now, 3,000 color variations later, I'm addicted.

Congrats on the new job and the new hair!

You look amazing! It has got to be SWEET to have all those stylin' professionals (pun intended!) at your fingertips. I'd probably care about my hair/make-up more if I had professionals around all the time for tips and suggestions. And confirmation--half of the time I'm worried I just look weird :)!

Good luck at your new job! I'm sure you'll do great!

Your hair looks great! And the top right corner even looks like one of those haircut salon pictures you see at the salon, nice.

Erika, I LOVE it! I honestly can't see the highlights, but you look great nonetheless and my dream is to be able to have light red heair with front blondey highlights :) I like the ferms in the background, also!

Erika...I LOVE your hair...it is really weird, because I linked onto your blog from Kelly's blog right after I made a post on MY blog about loving red hair and how great it is (my daughter has red hair) anyway, I thought it was quite a coincidence! You look beautiful!!
